How to restore the function keys of vaio

hi tried a lot to restore the function keys of my sony vaio laptop model VPCCW21FX for Windows 7. I had to replace the HDD as it crashed and is not recoverable. Need to restore the factory settings. All the sites have paid service is anything available for free???

Have you downloaded all the available drivers and software on the Sony support site?

Your 'restore to factory settings' option was on your hard disk.
The only course of action for a factory restore I can recommend is to order Recovery Media directly from Sony.
Check the Sony support site for your country for specific prices.

Trying some of those other recovery services sites leave you open to getting scammed or infected with malware.
