Solved! How to retrieve data like memos from my old phones sim to my new phone?

I lost my phone(lg) a month ago but already bought another different brand(motoe5play)and I found my lost dead phone but have the sim card that contained my memo AP that was built in as is but that never transferred to my new phone. Is there a way to retrieve it somehow with my old sim?

SIMs don't hold anything. They just give you service to the device. Now a SD card can have data and more. So which are you actually referring to?
