How to sell ATT off-contract Samsung Galaxy S III?

I recently had a problem with my Samsung Focus, and I was sold an off-contract Samsung Galaxy S III from ATT for $90. I am looking to sell the device, but I'm not sure what to list it under. The phone is unopened in it's box, off-contract from ATT. My question is the following - is this the correct listing for my off-contract Galaxy S III? Unlocked GSM?

Off-contract does not mean Unlocked, if you know for certain that it is unlocked. Then it would be the correct listing.

I think I found the correct listing, the model of the phone is SGH-i747.
