How to send my default download location to my SD Card for all my apps? My phone is HTC M9 Plus

I use a HTC M9 Plus phone. All my data are being automatically stored in my phone storage. I need to know how to store them directly to my SD card when downloading things from apps like Whatsapp, Viber, Messenger, etc

Your phone is running the Android flavour Lollipop system and you need to tell the system whether you want to use your SdCard as Internal storage or Portable.

You're probably set to Portable storage at the moment so change that in Settings.
