How to send picture from pc to vodaphone mobile?

It depends on the mobile
-by using an USB data cable (if available),
-installing an USB Bluetooth adapter...

If the mobile can connect to the Internet, you can upload the picture to a site like picasa, photobucket etc and she can download it from.
