How to shut down lenovo G50 laptop when Memtest86 was opend?

Iam unfortunately opened Memtest86 instead of opening windows.7 .Idont know how to close it.Now I wanted to shut down my laptop.But I dont know how to do so please give a help for it...

Hi,

Just do a hard reset, press and hold the power button until your laptop shuts down completely. Turn it back on and just select Windows 7 when booting up or Start Windows Normally.
