How to solve the cache problem eventually?

Maybe it's an usual problem that most android phones have to face with...
Every after a period of usage, my android phone gets a full data cache,which makes the phone run more slowly,even stuck sometimes..
Is there an effective way existing ? Pls kindly share here

Go to Settings > Storage and look for a cached data option, there you can clear the cache.
