How to split Chromecast to Composite Audio and HDMI simultaneously?

Currently, I have a Chromecast that I want to connect up to my projector. The problem is, that the projector is not directly connected to the audio system, rather I have a pretty old AV receiver that only accepts composite in.
So basically, I want my Chromecast to simultaneously send video through HDMI to the projector while at the same time, sending audio via Composite cables.

How do I do this in the cheapest possible way?

You will need an HDMI audio extractor to give you an HDMI out for the projector and audio outputs for the av receiver.

This one has only one input.
Since you are only concerned with audio the video inputs and outputs of the receiver are irrelevant. If the receiver has digital audio inputs (optical or coax) then use them. If not then left and right stereo audio via RCA connectors will have to do.
