How to stream cable tv signals to a television

Hello,
I want to hang my TV over the mantle. There is no way to run the cable to the set. Is there a way I can stream regular cable tv signals to my TV? Thanks

If you use a cable box you can get wireless HDMI set up to get it to the TV. You will still need to operate the box to change channels so your remote might need a wireless adaptor as well.
An professional installer should be able to run wiring for you. Your electrician may be able to do so as well.
