i am sorry there buddy 🙁 there's nothing you can do this way. if you had the MAC address you can look for it when you're near it.

There's also a Lojack for lappies that will phone home the current IP address if stolen. IIRC newer versions will even secretly activate the webcam and take pictures of the heinous crook. 😛

Of course, this doesn't help the OP find his stolen lappy, but might with the replacement..
