How to transfer emails from one account to another?

I have 2 gmail accounts and 1 of them I have had for many years. I want to transfer a specific set of emails, from my past that I have stored in a folder, over to this new email! Is this possible? Does anyone know the easiest way to do this?

I've looked up tutorials online and I only see tutorials on how to transfer ALL emails-- I do not want to transfer them all, Just a SPECIFIC set of emails.
