Download and install the phone management suite program from your mobile phone manufacturing company. Connect with the phone to computer using usb cable or bluetooth. Transfer photos.

if your phone is amoung nokia or sonyericsson then you should install pcsuite and then via bluetooth you can transfer

simple man if your have external memory i.e memory card then remove it from ur device nd with help of memory card reader u can transfer it by copy nd pasting it
or other is by bluetooh nd data cable
