Well, it depends on what you are actually trying to move. Are you trying to move service, or are you trying to move data?

If service, then you just need to contact the providers.

If your personal stuff on the phones (not apps), then you just need to connect the old phone, via USB to a computer and copy your stuff from that phone to a folder on the computer. Disconnect that phone and connect the new phone to the computer via USB and copy the stuff over.
