How to transfer pics from a moto wx345 phone to a galaxy note 4

I have an inactivated, but will power up, Motorola phone that I would like to transfer pics from to a Galaxy Note 4. I'm not tech savvy. Can someone help me?

do you have a sd card larger enough to transfer over the files? you could connect them both and transfer the photos through bluetooth, or place them on your computer for future use and then also transfer a copy onto the note 4.
