How to transfer the photo from PC to i pad?

Connect your iPad with the PC. iTunes will start. Select which folder will contain your files to be synced. Check Sync Photos options and click on Sync button.

I just install Google drive on all my devices and share 1 folder with all of them. I then set everything to auto-sync.

yes, by using iPhoto. go under your iPad's "profile" when you sync it on to the computer and there should be a tab on the top about photos. or you could just do iCloud
