How to underclock Acer Aspire v3 771?

Intel HD Graphics 4000
6GB DDR3 Memory

Is there any way to underclock/overclock my laptop? I have been looking for a while now.. and cant possible find a way..

Laptop cpus are locked so there is no way to overclock. If there is a multiplier option in bios than you could underclock but most times there is not.
