How to uninstall Windows Store Spotify app?

I recently reset my computer since I was having weird performance issues I could not fix, but now it comes with this horrendous app for the Windows Store. This app is garbage and won't let me sign in, it just freezes and crashes. How do I uninstall the Windows Store Spotify app? It doesn't show up in the normal area under control panel you would go to for uninstalling apps. I looked in the window store for an uninstall option but it wasn't there.

Option one: Start menu, right-click on app, "Uninstall". Windows Store apps (Spotify included) will be uninstalled right-away. Classic Windows apps will open Option two.
Option two: Settings, Apps, find the apps in the list, click, "Uninstall"
