How to unlock the 4th core on AMD x3 445?

I just got my first build together (Biostar TA785G3HD + AMD x3 445), and want to know how to overclock it and unlock the 4th core (I know its not guaranteed to overclock).

Think I did what it said to unlock the 4th core, but it wouldn't boot back up until I went back in and changed that setting back to normal.
