Solved! How to unlock the chip on a camera

Hello,
when i want to take a picture it says card protected

first click on the switch on the side of the card, put the card in your computer, when you can access it(the card), right click on it and uncheck all the boxs at the bottom of the dialog box, especially the one that says read only
