how to unlock x800pro non Vivo to x800xt PE???

i heard that x800pro non Vivo can unlock the 4 pipelines (so overall is 16), n i have read in another forum that we must to scrap the vga first before we using the conductive paint. That i want to ask is wich part of the vga that we have to scrap of? the point or between the point ( i mean the greenline)? anbody can help on this? or give me the guide? pls.. 🙂
