how to use bad fans laptop with trottle stop 6.00?

i dont clean my laptop fan and want to run trottle stop for games but i the best settings for this software that my computer should not overheated..........

Throttling can be caused by overheat or a driver problem. Here are some troubleshooting steps that may help in solving the issue.
- Start by opening your laptop and remove the dust off the fans and apply new thermal paste on both the CPU and GPU.
- Once done, do a clean install of the graphics card driver.
- Go to Device Manager and uninstall the graphics card driver.
- Do also check Programs and Features and uninstall anything related to your graphics card.
- Next is to download and install the latest driver from the manufacturers site. (Nvidia or AMD)
- Reboot your laptop once the latest driver has been installed.
- Test your PC again if the same problem will persist or not.
