How to use monitor and the keyboard of a laptop for Desktop PC(with cable or something else, but not by Network)?

Its not possible, there are no converters nothing for the screen and the keyboard is connected through a flat cable directly to the motherboard, you will have to buy a monitor and keyboard.

If you want to connect HDMI to HDMI you have a big chance it will not work, so tearing down and cable to cable will most probably not work.

Although expensive it can be done using a startech notecons01 crash cart adapter. Just google the model name that I have provided.
