How to use my mobile phone as bluetooth speaker/headset for my tv...I dont have a bluetooth headset...but I love watching movies through headset...Is there any way or android application to receive my tv audio output to my phone and hear via headphones?

Not sure how you would get your TV to send audio over WIFI to the phone.
You would need to use your phone as a bluetooth receiver. If you can do that you would still need a bluetooth transmitter either inside or connected to the audio output of the TV.
I don't think it's worth the trouble to use your phone. Easier to just use bluetooth headphones direct to the TV transmitter. No phone batteries to drain.
