How to write ONLY phone number (with country and area code) on blank sim?

Hello,

I would like to use (incoming sms, incoming call) a phone number. The actual phone number is the only thing I have, besides bought 100% blank (empty) sim card. Could anyone please explain me how to record/write on blank sim card the phone number and use it?

I cannot clone any sim card because I don't have possession of such card. Neither any impossible to get information such as IMSI (international mobile subscriber identity). I have strictly only blank sim card and wanted phone number.

But would anyone be please so kind to tell me how to write the number to blank sim so I could use that phone number?

this won't work because if I go to mobile service provider, i will either get backup sim (same phone) or new sim but my question is completely different. Rgd1101 im afraid you misunderstood it entirely. I am asking how to write/record phone number on blank sim card if i don't have anything else related to phone number. Only wanted phone number.
