How well can my laptop run arma 2 dayz

I recently purchased a MSI laptop with a gtx 1070 and a i7 6700hq it should be able to run dayz perfectly as it has a 4th generation processor but I only seem to get about 20-30fps on each setting just wanted to know why as I think I should be getting more god than that

ARMA 2 is heavily CPU dependant and only uses a minimal amount of cores. I doubt there's many laptops out there that could run the game just fine.

Considering my specs tho it should run a lot better it feels like the fps is locked and is it worth having gsync and vsync enabled
