Can you provide a link to the laptop? I pretty sure the information about the integrated graphics is wrong.
The A8-6410 APU has an integrated Radeon R5 (Beema) graphics core. It is "Beema" because the A8-6410 APU is based on the Beema architecture. It is roughly similar to an Intel HD 4200 graphics core which is okay, but you can probably get something better by spending a little more money. Below is the spec sheet for the HP 15-g014dx and it only listed the Radeon R5.

The Radeon R5 m230 is actually a dedicated graphics chip. It is not integrated in to any AMD APU.
To add to the confusion, there is the Radeon R5 (Kaveri) integrated graphics core which are integrated into AMD APUs based on the Kaveri architecture. These "Kaveri" AMD APUs are generally more powerful than "Beema" AMD APUs. The Radeon R5 (Kaveri) is pretty close to the performance of the Intel HD 4600 integrated graphics which is much better than Intel HD 4200, but is still considered relatively weak compared to a dedicated graphics chip.
EDIT:
It would be helpful if you can provide a budget and is a touchscreen necessary? It adds to the cost of the laptop.
