HP 2000 isn't working need help please

Hi I have a HP 2000 laptop and recently my computer has been working just fine but recently now it won't turn on. Well it turns on but it doesn't present a picture on the screen it's just black and the caps lock button is flashing and I hear the cd rom moving

Flashing caps lock lamp is the visual equivalent of BIOS beeps & indicates a hardware problem as below:

LED blinks 1 time = CPU CPU not functional
LED blinks 2 times = BIOS BIOS corruption failure
LED blinks 3 times = Memory Module error not functional
LED blinks 4 times = Graphics Graphics controller not functional
LED blinks 5 times = System board General system board failure
LED blinks 6 times = BIOS authentication failure
