Hp 6735b boot problem

Hi there! Please if you have time help me.My hp laptop 6735b doesn't start.All lights are on and padlock is on for few flash and computer takes light on but no intention to start.
Please can you help me?

Re-seat or replace the memory modules. You can try using only one at a time to see if only one is failing. Usually a flashing light on the CapsLock/NumLock of a lpatop indicates a memory problem.
