I have an hp a1110n
With 250w
An intel pentium 4 3.0ghz
2 gb ddr
And maybe a gt 430- gt 640?

Do you think this could play bf4 on low with 720p
and atleast 15-35fps?

I doubt it. The graphics are integrated in with the processor and you only have 2 gigs of memory.

Yea, you want 8g of RAM (less than that is 32 bit and more that that is unecessessary), maybe once you upgrade your RAM, and are sure there's a GPU, because the pentium has low graphics processing power.

2g of RAM is still way too little.

Not a chance, I couldn't run the game at that fps with a core 2 duo on multiplayer.. expect 8-12 fps on multiplayer or even lower.

windows 7 itself consumes around 1.5gb when idle.. you need 8gb of ram at least in the new world
