Hello
I have this laptop- hp pavilion dm1-4300ej
When i plug in the charger- laptop not turn on, battery not charge. Nothing
When the charger is plug in the laptop- the green light on the charger is blunking.
On the motherboard i see one burn smd component. I wont to solder new one insted this burn one but i cant find.
You think that replace this smd component will fix problem?
On this smd writh-

On the motherboatd i found one more pj2196 IV, good one, i photo it and attach to this post.
There is some other components that do the same like this one, that i can find easy?
Please help me!
