HP DV4 Display Problem

Hello there
i looking for an advice here.. i got a lap yesterday from a friend and well the thing that the lap whenever u turn it on it the screen remains black but not totally.. u can see some light coming from the lower part and when u plug it to an external monitor everything is alright.

Now i tried turne it on with the monitor at about 45 degrees and worked perfectly . and after it loads up i can move the laptop display freely without loosing the image.

Anyone out there who had o have a HP lappy and experienced this kind of problem pls help me out
I im not too sure if maybe it is the flexor cable but the inverter and backlight are obiously ok

plz check the display cable if display cable is loose the display is flickering/display issues..

Yea i wanna try but im kinda worry to open it i had very bad luck with laps xD
and if the cable is loose then i dont understand why when i get it to display correctly i can move the monitor all i want without problems.
