Question HP Elitebook 840 g3 doesn't turn on

Dear all,
I have a problem with my laptop.
The keyboard blinks for 5 second and then turns off and then blinks again and the screen doesnt turn on
Can you please help me cause now we are in quarantine and shops are closed and this is my work laptop.
What should I do?

Did anything happen to the device (dropped/damaged) before this started happening?

Have you tried resetting the device (hold down power button for up to 30 seconds)? Does anything flash on the screen?

No, it was on the table, no dropping or anything .
I have tried with windows button + B and then power button for the bios as they say on some sites.. but it doesn't work
Nothing flashes on the screen.

If you remove the battery and only have the power supply attached, does the behavior change?
