HP Envy Sleekbook 6z-1100

I am looking for a budget gaming/student laptop. I found this for $499 and was wondering if its any good. I would probably figure on upgrade for 100 to the a10. Is this worth it. Will I be able to play games fine? Are there better options in this budget area for what I'm looking for. Thanks for responses in advance.

maybe if you post specs of it I would be able to tell you if its good. Just stay away from intel integrated graphics if you want to game

looks good but dont expect to be playing battlefield 3 all max with 64 people running around...call of duty will work..just not very intense games

Im more so looking to play games like the witcher, amnesia, garys mod...etc basically only games off of steam, maybe try WoW , will this work for that, i know the witcher is a pretty big game, not sure how intensive it is though. Do you know of anything better in the 700 at most price range or does this seem perfect for what im looking to do

yea gmod will play no problem. I cant comment on other games you have listed as I have not played them

you should check out this laptop as it has intel quad core and nvidia 640m
