HP HDX9450EA vs HP X18-11010 - Student needing help!

The HP HDX9450EA has a T8100 (2.1GHz, 800 mhz, 3 MB Cache) 8800M GTS (GDDR3, 512mb) but only DDR2 RAM

OR

the HP X18-11010 has a P8600 (2.4GHz, 1024 mhz, 3 MB Cache) 9600m GT (DDR2, 1024mb) with DDR3 RAM

Really don't know which is better for the money?! They are both good in different areas.

I like gaming and do plenty of general computing. Would appreciate any advice you could give me! Even if the advice is to buy a totally different laptop for around the same price (£900 at pc world, currys or dixons because i can get 10% off or £800 elsewhere)

Actually the HP HDX9450EA has sold out anyway now.

But there is the HP DV71055em instead which has a T9400 (2.5Ghz, 1066, 6mb cache) with only DDR2 ram and still has a 9600m GT like the X18 but only 512mb
