Greetings, i have a
HP PAVILION DV6-7006ED windows 7 64 bits
My hard disk is working 100% any more.
Is it possible to put a ssd in it and extra ram? If so what type should i be able to put in?

Solution

You can add second 4GB stick to your current RAM or change it to new kit 2x4GB i think single 8GB stick won't work and would cause a BSOD!

Which kit? All you have to do just put out your current HDD and put your brand new Samsung SSD!

Could you open HDD bay on your laptop to see what type of connection your HDD have, if regular SATA then you don't need cables or something else

The link shows only kit when you can make your SSD portable so i think you need an SSD to keep your OS so it should be inside of your laptop!

Once again i am back😛 So i got the samsung evo ssd 250g, since i am going to replace my hdd, i dont need to do anything with the one-stop install navigator manual & software? Since i gotte replace it and then install windows again.

No you don't have to do something "Just plug your SSD and install your OS"
Good Luck :)
One stop navigator needed when you want migrate your data from HDD to your brand new SSD
