Solved! HP Laptop - Some Keyboard Keys Not Working with Shift

Recently I noticed that my HPLaptop Keyboard is not working correctly when I press the Shift Key.

The Keyboard Keys that are working without Shift Key are as follows.

qwertyuiop[]\
asdfghjkl;’
zxcvbnm,./

The Keyboard Keys that are not working with Shift Key are as follows.
1234 7890
ZXCV M,./

Keyboard Keys working with Shift Key
QWERTYUIOP{}|
ASDFGHJKL:”
BN

I have not spilled anything on my laptop, I have not damaged the laptop. The driver updates for the keyboard have been reviewed and I have also tried uninstalling the keyboard driver and restarting the computer to force the system to reload the driver. What can I do to fix this problem, it recently quit working correctly a few weeks ago.

Try attaching an external keyboard and see if that works fine. If it does, then you are going to either replace the attached keyboard, or keep using an external one.
