hp nc 600 wont turn on

i have a laptop, hp nc 600 , each time i try to turn it on it will only blink and wont turn on, pls doesany one have a soluton to this

Blink as in the power/battery etc.. lights blink or the screen? Need specific details what happens when you hit the power button and what you tried already if anything.

If there is a specific blinking of the lights, you can look up the error blink codes online for your model.
