Hp Omen 17 Good or bad?

Are Hp laptop know to be good and reliable? Can i turn the 4k off and use the 1080 resolution? Will I have a 60 fps on games on high and ulta settings like battlefield 1 and Rainbow 6 seige?

HP's usually are cheaper then other laptops because they use low quality parts then other manufacturers. IMHO stay away from HP products
