HP Pavilion 15-p253nt is suitable for Windows 7?

Is this laptop processor suitable for working with windows 7? There is a graphics processor in it; HD 8610G and an external R7 M260 graphics card. Can I use these two compatible with windows 7 or do I need windows 10 mu for this processor? The other day, the computer gave such a warning. And frankly, I do not think I can get a very productive performance.
