HP Pavilion dv5-2135dx

I'm being offered a 1 year old HP Pavilion dv5-2135dx for $200. Right now all I have is a 10 year old desktop so pretty much anything is an improvement at this point. I'm wondering if this is worth buying or not at this price.

If it's at all useful $200 is an easy pill to swallow. If its useless and I'm better off holding on to my money and waiting for something else then its $200 down the drain.
