I have been having issues with my laptop freezing multiple times. When it freezes sometimes it will respond (though that is rare) but majority of the time I have to force my laptop to shut down. Sometimes I will restart my laptop and then it will just freeze right away, it can sometimes take a few minutes to freeze and other times it will be fine.
I'm not sure what to do with it, my laptop is a few years old but I cannot remember how long I have had it for. Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated.
