HP Pavilion vs Lenovo

Hi there, I am trying to decide on a laptop for light gaming. Honestly, the only games I will play on there are Sims 4 and NBA 2k15. I was wondering which of these you guys would recommend:

I'm not sure either of those have the computing power required to run the games you're interested in (I'm not very familiar with sims 4 though)... unless you don't mind playing at the absolute lowest video settings in order to get a steady 20-30 FPS
