HP PROBOOK 4530S PROBLEM

Hello,
i have hp probook 4530s i bought it 2months ago when i play internet on it. it's normal heat but when i play games on it. it's heat too much could someone tell me what can i do to solve this problem

Not play games...... That laptop is not really designed for gaming.
