The common denominator between the CPU you want to upgrade to and the ones provided in the link below is that they share the same Package of the 722-pin organic lidless micro Pin Grid Array (UOL722) and the same socket FS1 (FS1r2). Yes it will work but remember to upgrade your BIOS prior to performing the upgrade.
