What could be the problem when the mother board has been replaced on an HP 640 G3 and no power?

The problem would be the fix was not done properly. Not much there to go on, have whoever replaced the motherboard check things over. There is no single thing to look at here, make sure the work is done properly, no cables are broken or unhooked. Was the motherboard replaced to fix this no power issue?

No it was not a power issue. The mother board was changed because the previous one would not work using peripherals on a docking station
