my radio button, the wireless button won't come on what do I do for my HP laptop

Computer > Manage > Srvc and app > Srvc > start the "WLAN AutoConfig" service.

Also, in Network and Internet > Network Connections make sure the Wireless Network Connection is enabled.

If you don't see the Wireless Network Connection then you need to install the drivers from the HP site.
