Question HP spectre laptop not powering on after charge port replacement

I know that this was originally in an old thread, however there was no solution that was outlined. I have an HP spectre 13-4003dx that Was having charging issues. It appeared that the port had some broken wires therefore I changed the charge port Using the steps that were outlined in the service manual. Initially there was restoration of power, but then all of a sudden after I powered the computer on, now it appears as if there is no power even after disconnecting and reconnecting the battery. i also tried a second charge port replacement, and different adapter. There is very minimal manipulation of the board during the port replacement. the two replacement charge ports were actually even from different sources. To me it is the most range that it powered on at first and then stopped all of the sudden.

The connector on the inside board might be loose. Resolder the pins of this connector.

Or the cable was not placed correctly during reassembling and might be damaged.
