Question HP Spectre x2 Detachable USB C Problem

Hi Forum

My HP Spectre x2 Detachable has an odd problem. One of the two USB C ports stopped working properly. The left USB C port only charges but does not recognize any kind of USB device. Charging still works without a problem with this port. The right port works without any problem.

Please don't suggest basic stuff like driver update, HP Diagnostic Check or stuff like that. Done that.

restart windows (I know it´s basic, but still can solve any problem in an easy way)

Is the BIOS up to date?

Is anything odd physically with this port? bent pins or dust/dirt

Is the BIOS recognizing USB storage at this port?

1. I restarted windows hundred times since this problem appeared.
2. The BIOS is up to date. I use F.34 Rev.A updated at 31. Dez. 2019.
3. Nothing odd physically with this port. If so, i guess it would not charge from this port.

How do I check if BIOS recognizing USB storage at this port ?

Enter the BIOS while a USB flash drive or similar is plugged in and have a look at the boot order
