Solved! Hp Stream 11

Issue- so I accidentally deleted system32 and have no idea how to restore it and I think it deleted windows10 when I try clicking esc I press f11 and then it goes to a screen that says “boot device not found hard disk (3fo) and the only shortcut is f2” that says system diagnostics and every time I try to turn the computer on this message comes I have no idea what to do and I have tried to fix this for two years can somebody please help I would very much appreciate it also my computer is a hp stream 11

Two years?

At this point in time just reformat the boot drive and start over with a current version of Windows 10 per your Microsoft license agreement..
