Hpavillion dv6-2155dx is on but there is nothing happening

lights are on in the key board but nothing on the desktop what should I do...it has been functioning only by plugging in lately b/c the battery was wearing down

Hi lamisolegran,
When the AC adapter is plugged in is the indicator light coming on? Have you tried turning it on with the battery taken out?
